Due to technical trouble during the last public hearing, the Selectboard will be holding a fourth public hearing on the Hartland Town Plan.  The hearing is scheduled for Monday, September 21^st, 2026 beginning at 5:30pm.

The Hartland Planning Commission has begun work on a Unified Development Bylaw in partnership with the Two Rivers Ottauquechee Regional Commission (TRORC).  All meetings of the Hartland Planning Commission are open to the public, and the public is encouraged to actively participate in these meetings as the work will have an impact on the future growth and development of the Town of Hartland.  Questions on the Scope of Work and anticipated outcomes should be directed to the Town Manager with questions on the meeting schedule being directed to the Hartland Planning Commission.

The draft Unified Bylaw to-date; as the Hartland Planning Commission works through the process each month, this document will be updated to include new components being discussed.  For additional information, please consider attending an upcoming Hartland Planning Commission meeting.
