Between July 13th and September 4th Grout Road will be closed between 7 AM and 3 PM. The Town of Hartland will be completing necessary repairs along Grout Road; the work will include ditching, stone lining ditches, and culvert replacements.  When feasible, additional information on closures will be posted.  Thank you for your patience. 

The Hartland Planning Commission has begun work on a Unified Development Bylaw in partnership with the Two Rivers Ottauquechee Regional Commission (TRORC).  All meetings of the Hartland Planning Commission are open to the public, and the public is encouraged to actively participate in these meetings as the work will have an impact on the future growth and development of the Town of Hartland.  Questions on the Scope of Work and anticipated outcomes should be directed to the Town Manager with questions on the meeting schedule being directed to the Hartland Planning Commission.

The draft Unified Bylaw to-date; as the Hartland Planning Commission works through the process each month, this document will be updated to include new components being discussed.  For additional information, please consider attending an upcoming Hartland Planning Commission meeting.
