The Town of Hartland, VT invites proposals from qualified contractors for the demolition and removal of all improvements, including but not limited to, septic systems, water connections, buildings, foundations, electrical and phone lines, fuel tanks, and debris. The selected contractor will be responsible for returning the site to a graded, stabilized, and vegetated condition in accordance with all applicable statutes, policies, regulations.
